If you have a controllable pitch propulsion equipment and you need to replace or improve your blades, we can help you. We have extensive experience in redesigning and supplying controllable pitch propeller blades for all brands of propulsion equipment: KaMeWa propeler, Lips, Wartsila, MAN, Schottel, Berg, etc.
Adaptable design
We carry out a design by CFD optimized for the real operation both in terms of propulsive performance and cavitation . The new design adapts to the actual operational profile of the ship, improving its performance by including a CFD hydrodynamic study evaluating in detail the interaction with the hull.
Propeller Blades manufacturer
The blades can be manufactured in both Cu3 aluminium bronze and CF3 or 13-4 stainless steel under any classification society. We carry out the necessary reverse engineering to reproduce the blade base, being able to also supply other components of the CPP equipment such as hubs or bolts.
